I’m currently working on one of my long, politics-related posts. I’d hoped to have it done by tonight, but that isn’t happening.

I’m having some issues with my internet connection, so the blogging won’t be going so good for the next few days. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do while I’m gone.

Why must anything that is remotely scandalous in nature have the word “gate” appended to it? It doesn’t even make sense!

Interesting article on the Daily Kos about “Why Liberals should love the Second Amendment.” My favorite part:

“If we can agree that the First Amendment protects not only powerful organizations such as the New York Times or MSNBC, but also the individual commenter on the internet, the individual at the anti-war rally, the individual driving the car with the “Fuck Bush” bumper sticker, can we not also agree that the Second Amendment’s use of “the people” has the same meaning?”

Someday, the curse will be lifted.

But not today.

If you’ve been reading this blog regularly for a while, you may have noticed that I haven’t talked all that much about charisma on here for some time, after discussing it quite a bit earlier in the year.

However, I hope to change that with a rather long post on the subject in the next week. I’ve been hoping to do it for a while, but doing the sort of long, semi-rambling posts I enjoy always takes longer than I expect.
