Interesting article on the Daily Kos about “Why Liberals should love the Second Amendment.” My favorite part:
“If we can agree that the First Amendment protects not only powerful organizations such as the New York Times or MSNBC, but also the individual commenter on the internet, the individual at the anti-war rally, the individual driving the car with the “Fuck Bush” bumper sticker, can we not also agree that the Second Amendment’s use of “the people” has the same meaning?”
Someday, the curse will be lifted.
If you’ve been reading this blog regularly for a while, you may have noticed that I haven’t talked all that much about charisma on here for some time, after discussing it quite a bit earlier in the year.
However, I hope to change that with a rather long post on the subject in the next week. I’ve been hoping to do it for a while, but doing the sort of long, semi-rambling posts I enjoy always takes longer than I expect.
Happy Independence Day!
…so little time. I have a lot of stuff that I want to write one of my big, sprawling posts about, but I don’t have the time yet.
I’ll be back to posting on Friday, if all goes according to plan.

Oh, well. Nevertheless, I hope to be back by then.
Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do while I’m gone.
