Every now and then, I get the idea to write something and it won’t go away until I do it. I feel like I can’t do anything else until I’ve gotten it out of my system.
Last August, I got the idea that it would be fun to write about some of my favorite action movies from the 1990s. And I worked on it off and on until, finally, I’ve got a decent series of posts together. I’ve selected nine films. I thought about listing them here, but then I thought maybe it would be more fun if I surprise you with each one, although longtime readers can probably guess at least some of them.
My plan is to post each Monday, beginning next week, February 7. And no, this won’t interfere with the weekly Friday book review, so fear not if you’re only here for those. Hopefully, this will be fun, and a pleasant way of making winter Mondays less dreary.
